Harsh Shah brings extensive experience in financial planning, private banking, and insurance lending to his role as Loan Manager at Grasslands Finance Corp. He works closely with advisors and high-net-worth clients to structure collateral-based lending solutions secured by whole life insurance policies, guiding each file from underwriting through funding while ensuring a seamless and client-focused experience. His expertise spans insurance lending, credit adjudication, portfolio management, and wealth planning, allowing him to develop tailored lending strategies that align with each client's broader financial objectives.
Prior to joining Grasslands, Harsh held progressively senior roles in financial planning and private banking, where he advised high-net-worth clients on complex lending, investment, and wealth management strategies. Working alongside insurance advisors, lawyers, accountants, and financial planners, he developed a collaborative approach to delivering customized financial solutions while building trusted, long-term client relationships.
Harsh holds the Chartered Financial Planner®, PFP®, and Chartered Accountant (India) designations, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming, cricket, and table tennis, and volunteers with organizations dedicated to serving the community. Having recently relocated from Ontario to Calgary, Harsh enjoys exploring the Rocky Mountains and everything the region has to offer.
