Executive Assistant and Loan Analyst

Michelle supports the day-to-day operations of Grasslands Finance Corp. through her dual role as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Loan Analyst within the CAPCo loan program. She plays a key role in loan administration—both new and renewal applications—and brings a highly responsive, intuitive approach to executive support. Known for her ability to anticipate needs and execute with efficiency, Michelle helps keep both the team and key processes running smoothly.

Before joining Grasslands, Michelle built a strong foundation in administrative and HR roles across the tech and marketing sectors. She has led a broad range of people operations functions, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and professional development, all while supporting C-suite executives with high-level administrative and organizational needs.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saskatchewan, along with certifications in both radio and television broadcasting. Her work is guided by integrity, authenticity, and a commitment to staying grounded.  Outside the office, she enjoys catching up with friends over dinner, spending time with her family, and staying engaged with current events and politics.
