Loan Manager
Sanket is a Loan Manager at Grasslands Finance Corp., where he manages the full lifecycle of loans from origination and underwriting support through funding and renewal. A client-focused professional, Sanket coordinates documentation, internal adjudication, control processes, and workflows while working closely with clients and business partners to communicate requirements, timelines, and outcomes.
Prior to joining Grasslands, Sanket built more than 12 years of experience across banking, financial services, and insurance. His background includes residential lending, mortgage and HELOC support, investment advice, team leadership, customer service, and process improvement. He brings a strong understanding of financial services along with a relationship-focused approach to helping clients navigate their lending needs.
Sanket holds a Master of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Mumbai University, as well as credentials in IFIC, FP1, and BCO. He is guided by integrity, empathy, and accountability, believing in transparent communication and taking ownership of the client experience from start to finish.
Outside of work, Sanket enjoys travelling and exploring new places with his wife and young family. He also enjoys cricket and badminton and is currently mastering the art of keeping up with a toddler and newborn while finding time for his favourite music and a live cricket game.
